The mechanism

IR = L · E · V
R = IR · (1 − ρ) — bounded 0–1
EAL = L · C · (1 − ρ)
E_log(N) = [log₁₀N − log₁₀N_min] / [log₁₀N_max − log₁₀N_min]
Resilience enters as (1−ρ), never ρ directly, so coping capacity always lowers risk.
